KRICKET X TONKOTSU COLLABORATION RAMEN DINNER
We’ve teamed up with the legends from Kricket for a cracking special, combining the flavours of south India with our classic tonkotsu ramen, available at all Tonkotsu restaurants from 29th August.
We’ve always been a fan of Kricket and have collaborated before back in 2017, so thought it was about time again to create something delicious together!
Bringing the flavour and heat of Southern India to our signature dish, Will and Ken have cooked up a Pandhi pork curry ramen, with thin-cut homemade tonkotsu noodles in pork broth enriched with lardo and a Pandhi curry base. Topped with slow cooked curried pork belly, pickled chilli & fennel, crispy fried ginger & curry leaves and a marinated egg.
Join us to see Ken and Will cooking up our collab special at Tonkotsu Shoreditch on 6th September. Tickets are £25 and includes a collaboration ramen, Tonkotsu’s cucumber pickles, and pint of Kirin or a Nori Chilli Margarita.
On this occasion, a vegetarian version of the ramen isn’t available, however we can substitute one of our house vegan/vegetarian ramen instead.
