Happy New Year!
We’re very excited to welcome in 2023 and our vegan special that will give you the perfect kick to see in the new year – the Chilli Tofu Ramen.
In our vegan konbu and shiitake broth with a spicy sesame base sits classic Tokyo noodles and plant-based soya mince. We then add crispy fried tofu, covered in Eat the Bits Japanese chilli oil for that umami-rich kick, plus bok choy, kikurage mushrooms and pickled radish.
