We are fully embracing the festive season at Tonkotsu, but all without a turkey in sight. And our new special launches today and is bound to hit the spot.
The Christmas Hot Smoked Duck Ramen has comforting chicken broth with a sea salt base and is enriched with Christmas spice-infused duck fat. It’s served with our classic homemade noodles and is topped with cured, hot-smoked duck breast, charred orange slice, fresh spring onions, bamboo shoots, beansprouts and half a soy-marinated Clarence Court egg. A classy, restorative ramen.
You can find your local Tonkotsu and reserve a table by hitting the button below. However we always leave tables for walk-ins so you don’t have to worry about booking a table or getting everything planned with your friends and family weeks in advance if you don’t want to.
