Tonkotsu began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho. We have a few more restaurants now but our approach to our food and people is the same – we’re passionate about providing excellent ramen with our homemade noodles made and served by well paid, well trained and happy people.

Since the early days in Tonkotsu Soho we’ve put our heart and soul into every bowl – making our noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch. You can even watch our noodles being made if you grab a table at Tonkotsu East in Haggerston.
