We are kicking off the year with a bright, light and tasty bowl of goodness, perfect for powering up your winter days. Our hand pulled authentic thin cut noodles in our chicken broth soup give this dish a wholesome base. The noodles are then topped with crispy fried flavour packed chicken thighs, coated in a zingy Asian inspired lemon sauce. This delicious ramen is then topped with mizuna, bamboo shoots, lemon, spring onions and our famous soy marinated Clarence Court egg.
