The Chilli Tofu ramen isn’t going anywhere

Our first special of 2023 has made quite the stir, and so we’re making it a permanent member of the Tonkotsu menu! 

In our vegan konbu and shiitake broth with a spicy sesame base sits classic Tokyo noodles and plant-based soya mince. We then add crispy fried tofu, covered in our Eat the Bits Japanese chilli oil for that umami-rich kick, plus bok choy, kikurage mushrooms and pickled radish.
