Every day might be noodle day for us, but as March is National Noodle Month we’re going to talk about all things noodles for the next 31 days.
We’ll be going behind the curtain of everything we do at Tonkotsu to show you what it takes for our teams to make our own noodles, broths, marinated eggs and much more. Our co-founder Ken will be answering your ramen-based questions and we’ll be taking you behind the scenes of how we go from flour to bowl to make our ramen.
We have our first sold-out Noodle making masterclass at Tonkotsu East on Saturday 18th March where you’ll be able to learn how to make our noodles from scratch. Keep an eye out for a second date on sale very soon.
Finally there’s a new special hitting the menu on 14th March that also comes with some very exciting changes to the menu, we can’t wait to tell you more about them. Keep an eye on our socials for more details.
