New special! Teriyaki Pulled Pork Ramen
Our new ramen special is bound to leave you full and happy.
We slowly cure Dingley Dell pork shoulder overnight in mirin, soy sauce and sake for deep, rich umami flavours, before braising for six hours so the meat falls apart and then covering in a teriyaki glaze.
This teriyaki-glazed pulled pork sits on our pork broth enriched with lardo and a soy sauce base with thin-cut Tonkotsu noodles. We then add crisp and leafy choy sum, menma, nori, sesame seeds and half a seasoned Clarence Court egg.
