New summer special – King Prawn, Calamari & Mussel Fritti Summer Ramen
Our second summer special is here.
We think chilled homemade noodles really hit the spot in the warmer weather and so they had to feature again in this special, and we’re covering ours with a creamy goma sauce that is packed full of sesame seeds. We then lightly fry a combination of kings prawns, mussels and squid for our seafood fritti, topping the dish off with peashoots, lemon and half a soy-marinated egg.
Our new special is available at all Tonkotsu Ramen Bars until 27th August.
