Our summer specials

Our brand new special will bring summer to your plate, (whilst the weather refuses to join in!), and you’ll be convinced that chilled noodles might just be the perfect way to eat our homemade noodles.

Our Summer Ramen are the perfect alternative for the warmer months, we cook and then chill our homemade ramen noodles so they retain the perfect bite. The noodles are tossed in a fresh ponzu dressing and they’re topped with chicken thighs coated in a spicy and sweet gochujang-teriyaki glaze, alongside cucumber, tomato and half a soy marinated Clarence Court egg.

Earlier in the year we ran a competition between our chefs to come up with an exciting new chicken wing recipe for us to put on the menu for the summer. 

Our blind-taste-testers had lots of mouth-watering chicken wings to choose from – it’s a tough job but someone’s got to do it! But the moreish, umami-sweet honey miso recipe from Josh, a chef in our Brighton restaurant, were our favourites and we’re so excited to have his recipe on our menu! 

For this special we coat our chicken wings in a honey miso dressing, sesame seeds and shards of nori. They’re packed full of flavour and we can’t wait for you to try them.
