Our brand new special – Seafood Gazpacho Summer Ramen
As the weather warms up we have the perfect special to welcome summer, with our super refreshing Seafood Gazpacho Summer Ramen.
We lightly fry king prawns, mussels and squid for our seafood fritti that brings a satisfying crunch to every bite. The crispy-fried seafood then sits on top of chilled classic tokyo noodles in fresh homemade gazpacho. To make our gazpacho, we blend fresh, ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, garlic, olive oil and sherry vinegar together to create a vibrant chilled soup. To finish, it’s topped with pea shoots, sesame seeds and leek oil.
