THE TERIYAKI PULLED PORK RAMEN IS BACK!

Back by popular demand, our Teriyaki Pulled Pork Ramen special is back for a second year. 

We slowly cure Dingley Dell pork shoulder overnight in mirin, soy sauce and sake for deep, rich umami flavours, before braising for six hours so the meat falls apart and then covering in a teriyaki glaze.

This teriyaki-glazed pulled pork sits in on our homemade thin-cut Tonkotsu noodles, the perfect sized noodles for slurping up our pork broth enriched with lardo and a soy sauce base. We then add crisp and leafy choy sum, menma, nori, sesame seeds and half a soy-marinated Clarence Court egg.
