We’re packing up the sunscreen along with the noodles and heading south – just in time for summer!
Tonkotsu Brighton is set to open the doors on Saturday 19th June, bringing our famous noodles, broths, gyoza, wings and all the other good stuff to hungry seaside noodle-slurpers.
