Our vegan ramen is pretty damn good!

So whether you’re jumping on the plant-based wagon this January or you’ve been a veggie for ages, you need to try our vegan ramen.

There’s 2 to choose from on our menu, as well as a vegan hiyahi.

Our Soya Tantanmen (pictured) is totally vegan and made with our classic homemade noodles in konbu & shiitake broth and a rich spicy sesame base, topped with plant-based soya mince, bok choy, kikurage and spring onions.

Slightly more sublte in flavour is our Japanese Mushroom Miso ramen – with fresh homemade noodles in konbu & shiitake broth with a miso base, then topped with shiitake, enoki & shimeji mushrooms, bok choy, mange tout and bamboo shoots.
