Mmmmm mazesoba
Mazesoba simply explained is ramen noodles without soup. In Japanese, “Maze” means “to mix”, and “soba” means “noodles”…
If you’re a regular at our Bankside restaurant, you may already be familiar with mazesoba – a delicious mix of thick-cut noodles and minced meat topped with seasoned egg yolk. Mix it all together and you’ve got yourself a deliciously rich, flavour explosion.
